  1. Call to Order:   Bill E. led us in the Pledge of Allegiance and Dorie led us in singing God Bless America.  Bill then gave the reins to Whitney from North West Hospital who introduced us to Felicitas Ebunoha who is a nurse practioner who gave a really great talk on high blood pressure.  Felicitas took a lot of questions and then Whitney took questions about the deal with North West and United Healthcare.   Bill then turned the meeting to Barb and Susan and when they were done, he told a couple of cute jokes and we began the meeting.
  2. Hostesses Susan D. and Barb L.  Barb counted 36 members in attendance today.   Susan brought copies of the new roster for anyone who needs one.
  3. Vice-President:   Debbi S.:   Debbi not here today but we still have a total of 112 members.   She also is now keeping the emergency numbers and all board members will have this list with them at each meeting, should a need arise.

a.       Sunshine Dorie Z.:   Dorie reports that she and John are leaving next week for Wisconsin for the summer – you two will be missed!!  Sandy P., will take over Sunshine duties for the summer.  I spoke with Elaine and she is wearing a heart monitor as the doctor suspects that is what is causing her to fall.  We’ll have to keep updated on that.  Elaine and Ed, we miss you both!  I spoke with Jeanne and Larry is doing well, he’s already been to one physical therapy session and headed for many more.  Hang in there Lar!  Let’s keep our prayers on-going for all!
